About Personality Profiling:
It can be frustrating, stressful and confusing when others don’t do things our way, when they make snap decisions or perhaps take too long to take action, when they are too structured or lack structure overall. It’s easy to fall into a trap of thinking that our way is the best way, that our approach is the one that will work, and that methods others use are not as effective.
You wouldn’t bake a cake with just flour. You also need other ingredients thrown into the mix to make a truly delicious and perfect cake. Similarly, you need different views, approaches and attitudes for a balanced team that works together efficiently.
Our personality influences how we lead, make decisions, how we communicate, collaborate and manage stress.
Understanding one’s personality profiling model and language will help you build a strong level of self-awareness about your behaviours, appreciate the differences between people, their strengths and blind spots. These insights can help you predict and shape behaviour, understand how to get the best out of your talent, defuse conflict and frustration, build strong relationships, enhance team work, engagement and wellbeing and ultimately deliver results.
We use two of the most effective profiling tools, MBTI and DISC. We are an accredited practitioner of both and can utilise either, depending on which is the best fit for your situation.
